4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph979 login credentials. You must notify ph979 Support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to your account. ph979 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to secure your credentials.
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). ph979 accepts GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. Accepted methods may change and will be displayed on the Cashier page.
5.2 Deposits are Non-Refundable Once Wagered. Once a deposit has been placed into active gameplay, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Unplayed deposits may be eligible for return at ph979's discretion, subject to fraud and AML checks.

5.6 Currency. All ph979 account balances, transactions, and game wagers are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
6.1 All ph979 bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time of offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.

6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances with wagering requirements expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes ph979's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 ph979 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Disputes relating to game outcomes or account matters should be submitted to ph979 Support in the first instance. ph979 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph979's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
